江戸時代より歴史を繋ぐ加賀の醤油屋さんとコラボして仕上げた花紫オリジナルぽん酢です。

国産のだいだい、柚子、夏みかんと上質な醤油とお出汁をブレンドして香り高く風味豊かに仕上げました。

In collaboration with a local soy sauce brewery that has been in business since the Edo period, this is our original recipe, Ponzu Sauce.

Domestic bitter oranges, yuzu and summer mandarins, high-quality soy sauce and dashi (fish and kelp stock) are blended together, creating a fragrant and flavourful sauce.

Ingredients: Fruit juice (domestic), soy sauce, fermented seasoning, sugar, dashi stock (kelp and bonito flakes) and table salt.
Allergens: Bitter oranges, yuzu, summer mandarins, wheat and soybeans.
