江戸時代より歴史を繋ぐ加賀の醤油屋さんとコラボして仕上げた、
花紫オリジナルの胡麻柚子ドレッシングです。

丸大豆醤油をベースにしながら、試行錯誤を繰り返し、
香り高い焙煎胡麻と石川県産の柚子をあわせて風味豊かに仕上げました。

濃厚でとろけるような口当たりの中に
柚子のさっぱりとした味わいがマッチした無添加の安心安全なドレッシングです。

In collaboration with a local soy sauce brewery that has been in business since the Edo period, this is our original recipe, Sesame Yuzu Dressing.

After many trials and errors, we have perfected our sesame dressing. Roasted sesame is blended with a rich soy sauce base for a full-bodied texture and mixed with Ishikawa Yuzu for a flavourful dressing with an incredible aroma.

The refreshing taste of the yuzu compliments the rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture of the sesame, making for a reliable and additive-free dressing.
