花紫のからすみは無添加で、料理長が手仕込みしながら丁寧に仕上げています。
専用の箱に入れてお送りいたしますので、贈り物にもぴったりです。

Our famous yearly special, handmade by our head chef, [Karasumi].

As the end of the year draws closer, so does that season of Karasumi. Back by popular demand again this year, our Karasumi is now available for order. Considered a delicacy since the Edo period, Karasumi is fermented millet ovaries.
Available for order via our online store.

Hanamurasaki's Karusami is free of additives, and each millet roe sack is prepared with the utmost care and attention to maintain the same level of quality in every bite.

Packaged beautifully in Hanamurasaki's custom packaging, it makes the perfect gift!

We recommend thinly slicing Karasumi and pairing it with sake.
